G3 Digital Video Enhancement Service - 5 MINUTES

Add your uncompressed video files to our Secure Dropbox file with your checkout.  Be sure to give us a start and stop time marker for each file.  If not identified, we will start from the beginning of the file and run to the end or 5 minutes whichever is first.  We will notify you when your files are ready to pick up via Dropbox.  Files will be sent back as H.264 format unless requested otherwise.  You don’t need to add Dropbox to your applications, however, click the following link if you want Dropbox, go to

Your images are available for retrieval from our Dropbox site when emailed to you for 2 months from the order.  After 2 months all images both original and enhanced will be deleted.

With each order you will receive credit for 5 minutes of video enhancement by run time.  You have 60 days to send in the total of 5 minutes allowed for each order.  If not used within 60 days of your last order the credits will expire and you will need to reorder.  Because this is on demand purchase, there is no credit or proration for cancelations within the 60 days of your order.  We will however consider all refund request for quality related concerns.  Send your feedback and issue to our customer service by email - David@G3acuity.com
